Last updated: August 20, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SlingSpace ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
- Upload content that is infringing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Scrape, harvest, or resell data from the Service without permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By uploading it, you grant SlingSpace a limited license to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the Service for you.
Marketplace & Transactions
Where the Service enables buying, selling, or trading, you participate at your own risk. SlingSpace facilitates listings and may process payments but is not a party to transactions between users unless stated otherwise.
Fees & Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled. Refunds are handled per our refund policy and applicable law.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we believe doing so protects the Service or other users.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlingSpace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
